yesterday
Met adele at 730 am in the morning and we headed down to the pool at yishun for a swim. Multiple laps and then headed to gym for work out. the crowd is like ZOMG. but we're smart enough to reach early. so got what we've wanted in the gym. and i've resisted the temptation of arm/shoulder works. ( if my arms aches, jeff wil scold)

well felt so satisfied thus reward with subway! *yummy*

here comes the climax, we took 2 bus to srch for the nearest subway! hahaha... thnx to adele, refuse to pay full amount, when the bus conductor board the bus, we alighted at the next very stop to board the next bus.
adele and i tried to have a pact.. " be a vegetarian every friday"
i guess it is real possible when you have someone to do it with you. some kind of hidden motivation. hmmm..

after getting what we've wanted, headed home and here comes the heavy RAIN! it trap me at the bus stop for 30mins and i end up walkin in the rain.
